Had a very pleasant evening last night. Ate on the boat in the marina. Darren Short stopped by for a visit since he only lives about 10 min away. He brought ice cream cake and candles and we sang happy birthday to Elena.
Elena made pancakes this morning after premixing the dry ingredients at home.
Pulled out of NYC after stopping for church in Ridgefield Park via a marina in Edgewater and a taxi. Glen Chin gave us a lift back to the boat.
Photos of NYC were fr yesterday. Photo of little red light house under great big bridge is from today. Heading north on the Hudson under gray skies but no rain yet. Aiming for West Point area for anchorage tonight.
